To inspire women and girls of all ages to pursue STEM related employment by introducing them to experiences and career opportunities in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic as well as provide the necessary financial support, mentoring, training and education for tech-related careers.

WHY STEM?

We broadly define technology and support women interested in fields including but not limited to science, computer science, coding, engineering, artificial intelligence, mathematics, and various roles that support tech companies. There is a current need for jobs in these areas, particularly as the tech field is quickly growing around the United States. The jobs of the future are technology jobs: the demand for professionals in this field is projected to outpace the supply of trained workers and professionals. We will work closely with strategic partners to support and mentor women through education, training, and job placement assistance.
